Abstract:

During last thirty years when capitalism demonstrate the evolution in Russia, we are many different renovations were demonstrated in different types of education. New it is evident that resulted the reforms orient (the education quality is bad) the basic question is a raised: who needs of such renovation? The first answer is evident: for destruction of all Soviet systems (especially education). The second answer is evident too: all such renovation were retaliated by some people with low level education and knowledge but with a great ambitious. These people does not know the elementary pedagogical knowledge: as a result we destroy the Soviet system education out not vote new education system.
