Abstract:

The influence of physical activity on the parameters of the cardiovascular system of athletes of the North of the Russian Federation is an actual problem of human ecology and sports physiology. The purpose of the research is the study the parameters of cardiointervals and the parameters of the sympathetic and parasympathetic autonomic nervous system in an hour-long training environment (indoor soccer). Three parameters were studied (cardiointervals (x1), parameters of the sympathetic (x2) and parasympathetic (x3) systems) in a group of 15 athletes using the device «Elox-01C». Statistical processing of these parameters and calculation of the parameters of quasi-attractors for xi were performed. Calculation of the parameters of quasi-attractors for cardiointervals showed a significant difference in the average areas of quasi-attractors for the group before and after exercise. At the same time, the parameter of the sympathetic system x2 increased by more than 4 times, and the parameter of the parasympathetic system x3 decreased by almost 2 times. Athletes of the North of the Russian Federation are characterized by a sharp change in both the values of the cardio intervals x1 and the parameters of the autonomic nervous system (a multiple decrease), which is not observed for residents of the Central zone of the Russian Federation.

Keywords: autonomic nervous system, Quasi-attractor, matrix of pairwise comparisons of samples, the effect of Eskov-Zinchenko.
