Abstract:

The questions of model synthesis of socio-technical landscapes are considered: Cartesian product of sets of social practices and digital technologies forms the discrete system of coordinates with three-level target functions reflecting efficiency of certain digital technologies usage. Three stages to create digital landscapes are considered: construction, design, and modeling. The method of the landscape synthesis based on the expert opinions of digital technology determination, social practices (coordinates) and multiple layers of target functions representation in landscape taxons is offered. The examples in the field of health care are reviewed. The greatest socio-technical effect is achieved by the synergy of digital technologies. The work is supported by RNF Grant No. 19-18-00504.
