Abstract:

The processing of indicators of the cardiovascular system was carried out both from the standpoint of classical mathematical statistics, and by the method of identifying the parameters of quasi-attractors in the phase space of features within the framework of the theory of chaos-self-organization. The analysis of the parameters of quasi-attractors showed significant differences between the comparison groups, which is absent in the framework of the traditional stochastic approach. There was a decrease in the volume of quasi-attractors in the subjects after treatment, which indicates the effectiveness of therapeutic measures. Statistical indicators of the analysis of the cardiovascular system in subjects testify to the selective reactivity of the dynamics of the functional state and the maintenance of cardiovascular homeostasis by increasing the activity of the parasympathetic regulation in the adaptation reactions of the organism. It is advisable to use the methods of the theory of chaos of self-organization in the analysis of the parameters of the cardiovascular system of residents of the North of the Russian Federation.
