THE POSSIBILITIES FOR ANALYSISING THE COMPLEX DYNAMIC BIOMEDICAL SYSTEMS BY MEANS OF THE THEORY OF CHAOS AND SELF-ORGANIZATION OF SYSTEMS

Abstract:

Within the framework of the new theory of chaos and self-organization, a new interpretation of the concept of homeostasis and evolution has been presented. Long-term studies of tremor, myograms, encephalograms, cardiointervals and other bioprocesses have shown that for the samples recorded it is impossible to obtain a stationary state in the form dx/dt≠0 for the state vector of the system x(t). It is impossible to obtain stable values of distribution functions f(x), as they change continuously. Therefore, homeostasis is now introduced as stationary values of parameters of quasi-tractors. At the same time, a new interpretation for homeostasis and evolution for social systems has been given, the dynamics of their behavior x(t) is similar to dynamics of living systems (organism). Then control of parameters x(t) for such systems of the third type comes to the first place.
